• Workforce Data: Data you input regarding your employees, including names, roles, daily wages, attendance records, advances, and payroll information.
• Geolocation Data: To facilitate accurate attendance tracking and site mapping, we may collect IP addresses and GPS location data (only when explicitly authorized via the device).
• Financial & Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed securely by our authorized payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Usage Data: Diagnostic data, device type, browser type, and interaction metrics to improve system performance and resolve bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for business and operational purposes, including:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service infrastructure.
• Calculating payroll, generating payslips, and managing workforce ledgers accurately.
• Processing your subscription payments and preventing fraudulent transactions.

• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred, subject to standard confidentiality protocols.

We retain your Account Information and Workforce Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services.
