1. Service Description & Usage Scope
HajriBooks is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist contractors, agencies, and businesses in recording field attendance, tracking material usage, and calculating estimated payrolls and advances.
Important Disclaimer: HajriBooks is strictly an administrative tracking tool. We are not a financial institution, employer, or legal advisory service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payroll calculations, wage disbursements, and labor practices comply with local, state, and national labor laws.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions occurring under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
3. Subscription, Payments, and Billing
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay).
- Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis depending on your selected subscription plan.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be calculated and added to your invoice at checkout.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
While using HajriBooks, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating labor or privacy laws.
- Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software comprising the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or destructive code.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service (including but not limited to software code, UI/UX design, branding, and logos) are the exclusive property of HajriBooks. Using our Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HajriBooks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service. We hold no liability for discrepancies in payroll payouts, tax filings, or labor disputes resulting from data entered into the platform by the user.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, State - e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
