Account Deletion Request

Clear instructions on how to permanently delete your account and data across the Meltlogic ecosystem (including HajriBooks and BillBooks).

Irreversible Action

Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your profile, active sessions, and personal settings cannot be recovered. Please export any necessary reports or data before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your account using either of the following two methods:

Method : Via Email Request (Web/Uninstalled Users)

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by contacting our official support team.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Requirement: You must send this email from the exact email address registered to your account so we can verify your identity.

What Data is Permanently Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following information is securely and permanently wiped from our databases within 30 days:

  • Your personal profile (Name, Phone Number, Profile Photo).
  • Your authentication credentials (Email bindings, Google/Phone Auth links).
  • All active session tokens and device identifiers.
  • Application preferences and UI settings.

Legal & Financial Data Retention

As a provider of B2B financial, billing, and workforce management software, Meltlogic is legally required to retain certain records to comply with regional tax laws, fraud prevention, and financial auditing regulations.

The following data is securely retained:

  • Invoices & Financial Ledgers: Transaction records, generated invoices, and payroll logs are anonymized and retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with accounting and taxation laws.
  • Subscription Data: Records of your software subscription payments to Meltlogic (via Razorpay/Stripe) are kept for legal auditing.

*Retained data is strictly siloed, encrypted, and is never used for marketing or sold to third parties.
